Buyer's Inspection
Purchasing a home is a major investment that demands careful consideration. To make an informed decision, it is important to hire a professional inspector to evaluate the property's true condition. The inspection will uncover any defects or necessary repairs, providing you with valuable information. With this knowledge in hand, you may be able to negotiate a better price, making your investment even more worthwhile.
Pre-Listing Inspection
Obtaining a pre-listing home inspection is a crucial step for homeowners who are planning to sell their property. This inspection can help identify any potential issues that may need to be addressed before listing the property, ultimately saving time and money in the long run. Additionally, a pre-listing inspection report can instill confidence in potential buyers, leading to a smoother, quicker sale process. Overall, investing in a home inspection is a wise decision for any homeowner looking to sell their property.
New Construction
Although it may seem like a newly built home is flawless, we are all susceptible to mistakes. That's why New Construction Inspections are crucial. Our team will thoroughly examine the finished home to ensure that all systems and components meet the required standards. We'll take a close look at installations, foundation, grading, framing, and other important aspects to give you peace of mind.
11 Month/Builder's Warranty
A builder's warranty is a guarantee provided by the builder that covers certain aspects of a newly constructed home for a specific period of time. It's important to have a qualified home inspector perform an unbiased inspection to ensure that any defects or issues with the construction are identified before the warranty expires. This saves homeowners from costly repairs and provide peace of mind knowing that their investment is protected.
